THE STORY

the lens.

I'm Mathis Chavand — a French photographer based between Haute-Savoie and Geneva. My approach sits at the intersection of three worlds: the discipline of a former Division I athlete in the USA, the observational mindset of an environmental scientist, and a deep artistic sensibility rooted in organic, cinematic and natural environnements.

I believe the best photographs don't just capture a moment — they reveal the soul within it. Bilingual EN/FR, active across the Franco-Swiss region, I work with couples, content creators, and athletes who want images that feel both timeless and true.
